The TDIP Construction Manager shall report to their assigned project&rsquo;s respective project manager<br>

The TDIP Construction Manager is responsible for managing the scope, cost, schedule and<br>
operational interfaces of all design and construction related activities for the program. The TDIP<br>
Construction Manager will be focused on schedule certainty, budget delivery and making sure that<br>
construction work meets the required quality standards while enforcing a strong health, safety, and<br>
environmental culture on the project. The TDIP Construction Manager will support the<br>
development and implementation of design, construction, testing, commissioning, turnover plans,<br>
impacts to the operations, ensuring that risk mitigation for construction activities are optimized,<br>
working and coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring LAWA standards are adhered to.<br>

Essential Job Duties</b><ul><li>
Monitor all on-site field construction activities associated with the completion of the project.</li><li>
Apply comprehensive knowledge of various disciplines to be used during construction, as well as the methods and techniques to be utilized for installation.</li><li>
Ensure construction operations follow approved work plans and Area Shutdown Requests (ASR&rsquo;s) and all proper notifications are made</li><li>
Become thoroughly familiar with required contractual obligations and technical aspects of all facilities to be erected</li><li>
Ensure all work is being performed with and inspected to the latest versions of plans and specifications, including approved changes, submittals and RFI&rsquo;s</li><li>
Work with Construction Contractor and stakeholders to develop the overall planning of construction activities and identify critical milestones and priorities</li><li>
Monitor budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule</li><li>
Monitor the assignment of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency, maintain schedules, and to meet budget goals</li><li>
Keep alert to possible problem areas and take preventative action to ensure that critical milestones are met for each phase of the project</li><li>
Ensure the use of sound and safe construction practices to attain required quality control at the maximum efficiency and minimum cost</li><li>
Prepare periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities for higher-level management and clients</li><li>
Ensure effective implementation of all policies and procedures, including project labor agreement policies</li><li>
Contribute to the advancement of TDG&rsquo;s goals through commitment to productive collaboration with all stakeholders</li><li>
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate</li><li>

  What we're looking for

   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field
  </li>
  <li>
   master's degree is preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   5+ years of experience in data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, data warehousing, and ETL tools, working with large data sets in the cloud
  </li>
  <li>
   5+ years of experience with Python, and experience building scalable Big Data solutions and ETL ecosystems
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT, and data modeling, with extensive experience in Snowflake and dbt
  </li>
  <li>
   Hands-on experience with RDBMS such as MySQL, MS SQL Server (optional), and Postgres
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with integration tools like Airflow and Automic, along with a working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

   Ability to deliver high standards of code quality, system reliability, and performance
