The purpose of the Assistant Project Manager role is to assist in the project management of all residential construction projects as assigned. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.
<p><b>Key Responsibilities </b>:
</p><ul><li>Responsible for the assistance of the assigned project(s) estimating, bidding, buyout, budget management, cost control and per project profit &amp; losses.

Who are we hiring?

What will you do?
</b></p><ul><li>Working with department heads and P&amp;L leaders, develop 5-year capital plan for each MSG venue.</li>
