Position Overview
The Store Design Project Manager leads the end-to-end execution of retail store development projects across the U.S., ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards. This role partners with Real Estate, Store Development, and external vendors to manage all phases, from feasibility through final handover.

Responsibilities:

The position will be a dual coach-player role where you will lead integrated communications and digital marketing strategy and execution for two of the firm&rsquo;s largest and fastest-growing businesses, focused on transportation projects in the firm&rsquo;s north region, as well as projects across the nation where STV leads as the program management/construction management consultant.

Provides technical assistance and guidance for due diligence, design, development, building, testing, and inspecting of mechanical systems on infrastructure, building, and construction projects in the public and private sector.
