Convene is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager, a key contributor within our Real Estate department's Construction and Facilities team, who will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction and renovation projects related to our global portfolio of meeting and event venues. The Construction Manager (Underground) will be responsible for managing all site operations during execution of the project, including site personnel, materials, construction schedule, and budget. The Construction Manager or its duly authorized representatives shall be present at the Work Site each day where work is planned or performed, receiving orders and directions from the Design Build Director and coordinating all project personnel and subcontractors. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field.</li><li>
Minimum 15 years of construction experience, with at least 10 years in tunnel construction management in a lead role.</li><li>
Demonstrated relevant construction management experience on projects of a similar nature, size and complexity, with a particular emphasis on tunneling work, and with design-build contracts.</li><li>
