<p><b>Position Summary:</b></p>
<p>The Financial Empowerment Consultant will design and lead monthly interactive educational workshops for older crime victims to promote awareness of financial scams, risk prevention, and tools for financial stability. The consultant will integrate a trauma-informed, person-centered approach in the provision of engaging sessions that translate complex financial concepts into practical life skills training for older adults.</p>
<p><b>Principal Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Develop and deliver monthly group workshops (virtually and in-person) on financial scam awareness and help older adults understand their personal risk.</li>
<li>Educate participants on identifying, evaluating, and responding to financial scams.</li>
<li>Provide life skills training that includes practical strategies and tools for protecting and managing personal finances including money management.</li>
<li>Work with Geriatric Services staff to connect participants to additional resources to stay safe.</li>

Display current and active Cosmetology/Esthetician license during all working hours in all locations in which they work as mandated by the state.<br>

Required Qualifications</b><ul><li>
