We&rsquo;re looking for a Senior Manager, Organic Social Strategy within the Pepsico Creative Studio to define and lead how PepsiCo&rsquo;s brands show up across the organic social ecosystem. This role is responsible for architecting social systems that connect content, creators, culture, and distribution into a cohesive, high-impact engine for relevance and growth.</div><div><br>

Lead development of holistic organic social strategies across priority brands, grounded in ecosystem thinking, integrating owned content, creator partnerships, cultural presence, and amplification pathways.</li><li>

Ensure organic social functions as both a relevance driver and a performance feeder to paid and amplified programs</li><li>

The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.<br>

Qualifications:
