Carat Content is looking for a Senior Associate to support the IKEA content business, helping promote strategy, discovery, content development, and measurement across branded content projects. You will report to the Associate Director, Content.</div><div></div><div>
What You Will Do</div><ul><li>
You will manage content-led ideas, media partnerships, influencer programs, and brand integrations.</li><li>
You will collaborate with clients, our teams, and entertainment partners.</li><li>
You will manage RFPs, guiding production and creative reviews, ensuring process consistency, overseeing timelines, and staying ahead of cultural and technology trends.</li><li>
You will deliver clear written and verbal updates to partners, including status reports and meeting summaries.</li></ul><div>
Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
You have 1&ndash;3 years of professional experience in branded content, advertising, or a related field.</li><li>
You have experience facilitating cross-functional meetings to align priorities and resolve issues, and applying structured methods to overcome project challenges.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with defined deliverables. Maintain accurate project documentation and status report, coordinate with partners across departments, and negotiate timelines or resources to meet goals.</li><li>
You must be willing to travel.</li></ul><div>
