Looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Coordinator to join a highly effective but nimble Brand Solutions team supporting Ad Sales functions for BET Networks. The BET Coordinator of Integrated Marketing is a dynamic and creative thinker who can conceptualize and execute custom marketing solutions for BET&rsquo;s advertising partners. The Integrated Marketing Team (Brand Solutions) works closely with Ad Sales and internal teams (production, social, etc.) to produce best-in-class integrated marketing campaigns that infuse advertisers into BET&rsquo;s on-air, digital, and social platforms.

 This role reports to the Senior Designer.
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Be Responsible For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and execute high-quality creative assets across brand and campaign work
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate briefs into refined layouts, mockups, and final deliverables that balance concept, craft, and clarity
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to integrated campaigns and key brand moments, including product launches, seasonal initiatives, and global storytelling
 </li>
 <li>
 Design across a wide range of touchpoints, including digital, print, web, email, retail, packaging, and experiential needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Execution of post production (designed and native) of social assets
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the development of visual systems, templates, and toolkits to ensure consistency and scalability across channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Ana Luisa&rsquo;s brand identity standards, ensuring all work feels cohesive, premium, and elevated
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage both traditional and emerging tools &mdash; including AI-assisted workflows &mdash; to explore, adapt, and iterate creative efficiently when needed
 </li>

 Support art direction needs across social and e-commerce
 
 
 </li>

 What You&rsquo;ll Bring
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of professional design experience, ideally within branding agencies, fashion/luxury, or direct-to-consumer brands
 </li>
 <li>
 Portfolio demonstrating strong expertise across brand identity, campaign creative, and multi-channel design systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Examples demonstrating end-to-end creative contribution for campaigns, product launches, or brand storytelling &mdash; from concept through shoot execution and final assets
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong foundation in typography, layout, image-making, and premium visual execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of both digital design and print production workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort working in a fast-paced creative environment, balancing multiple projects and deliverables
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with AI or generative tools as part of a modern creative workflow
 </li>
 <li>
 Motion design or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere) is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Art direction experience is a plus, including concept development, pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production oversight

 Compensation:
 
 
 
 As required by the New York State salary transparency law, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000-$85,000. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skills, training, experience, and our organizational structure.
