 The Coordinator, Omni Operations / BOH Operations, Supplies &amp; Packaging, will be responsible for supporting the daily management of supplies / packaging for Coach North America Retail / Outlet stores and Coffee Shops as well as Coach International (Travel Retail &amp; Americas region). This position will also focus on back of house organization / optimization including the management of off-site vehicle program. This individual will work in a highly collaborative role with a broad group of vendor and corporate business partners and the Field Leadership team.
 
 
 
 The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Store Operations to&hellip;
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Support day-to-day supply and packaging management with our main supply vendors, Bunzl and Dancor. Support the packaging order process with the Jax team.
 </li>

 Support the weekly review process of Bunzl / Dancor inventory levels, take action when inventory is getting low to ensure time is available for updates (if necessary) and reordering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete monthly review of the Bunzl website to ensure all items are available as expected, by channel and frequency. Ensure accuracy and consistency in item descriptions and items caps.

 Execute ad hoc supply ordering, as needed, with Uline, Amazon and other more specialized vendor partners.

 <li>
 Support the supply order and special order requests for new store openings, renovations, relocations and closings.

 Manage ad hoc packaging orders from corporate partners (PR, Global Events, Marketing, Coach Foundation) with the Jax team.

 Manage vendor set-up and new PO creation in BuyingHub for any supply / packaging vendors.

 Manage the off-site vehicle process, including the Fleetworthy and California Clean Truck programs.

 Manage the fulfillment of orders for Coach Create elements that are not managed through Bunzl.

Job Overview

The Specialist, Lease Operations drives process improvements and leads teams to implement new lease business. Primary Purpose: Strategic, operational Omni channel Assistant Buyer for North America Outlet

The VP, Buying is responsible for creating and executing the division&rsquo;s product strategies to meet or exceed financial plans. They will lead the product development &amp; buying team with vision, structure and clear expectations to optimize all KPIs while elevating assortments and telling compelling brand stories in all DTC channels (Mainline, Outlet &amp; Ecommerce).
The VP, Buying will lead, collaborate, and communicate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all projects are moving towards the financial and calendar goals. Responsibilities:<ul>

Directs buying to ensure adequate volume/inventory levels, integrity of quality and pricing, and to maximize all aspects of open to buy for the division</li>

Lead team and collaborate with VP of Planning to build financial and product strategies to ensure execution will drive results</li>
<li>
Represent the division for the specific categories the VP, Buying will manage in senior management meetings (WBR, seasonal strategy, assortment finalization, OTB, floorset, etc), presenting concise strategies and findings; must be able to sell and validate point of view with facts and analysis</li>

Maintains a strategic focus on the business. Actively identifies long and short term plans to grow and decline classifications keeping in mind sku counts, productivity &amp; store space/fixturing</li>

Devises new and innovative business strategies for the division, driving bottom-line and top-line growth</li>
