Role Summary</p><p>
We are seeking a Technology Delivery Lead to join the Service Experience Value Stream. This role is responsible for developing and executing a multi-year roadmap that drives shared business and technology outcomes. You will partner with analysts, architects, and engineers to design, build, test, and enhance modern technology solutions that deliver exceptional stakeholder experiences and support strategic business opportunities. This role has accountability across multiple technology ecosystems, including enhancing capabilities, streamlining delivery, modernizing underlying technology stacks, establishing architectural direction, ensuring financial discipline, and driving innovation through emerging technologies and processes.</p><p>
