This is a full-time (remote/on-site) position based in Texas with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth), or who are willing to relocate.

Provides strategic oversight across campus facilities, budgeting, operations, energy management, compliance, and project execution.</li><li>
Establishes and monitors service delivery standards across all regions and campuses, ensuring responsive, high-quality facilities support; implements clear service level expectations, performance metrics, and feedback mechanisms to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.</li></ul><ul><li>
Ensure retention of facilities full-time staff members at or above goal set for retention year over year</li><li>
Builds organizational systems and operating mechanisms to achieve operational and financial excellence in facilities (cost/SF, A+ in Quality, Safety &amp; Energy Audits)</li><li>
Provides strategic oversight by directing energy efficiency, sustainability, and utility cost management initiatives, promoting environmentally responsible practices.</li><li>
Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, particularly regarding safety and environmental standards.</li><li>
Oversees the development and management of facilities budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and adherence to financial standards.</li></ul>

Required experience:<ul><li>

Preferred experience:

Physical Requirements:<ul><li>

We have an opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join us in our Central Division. The position will be based in any of our central division offices and reports up through to the Chief Human Resources Officer. 


Responsibilities will include:

Experience
<ul>
<li>Minimum 8+ years progressively responsible experience in HR focusing on a multi-state environment, with particular focus on a broad range of human resources, compensation and/or employee health and welfare programs/plans and training and development.</li>
<li>At least three years of experience with employee relations, responding to EEOC complaints, implementing policies and providing guidance to managers and employees on workplace issues. Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive situations with professionalism. Must have excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations for designated area(s) i.e.: human resources, compensation, COBRA, Section 125, ERISA, FMLA, Disability and/or Workers Compensation required. 


Education: BS and PHR/SHRM-CP certification is required.
