This team plays a critical role in enabling Bain employees by delivering reliable, high-quality IT support and ensuring seamless day-to-day technology operations across the firm. 
WHERE YOU&rsquo;LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As an Associate, TSG Support, you will serve as a key point of contact for Bain employees seeking assistance with IT-related issues. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software challenges while delivering a high level of customer service and helping maintain the systems and processes that support Bain&rsquo;s global technology environment. 
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO<ul><li>
Serve as the primary contact for IT-related problems and issues for Bain employees</li><li>
Install, configure, and upgrade software and operating systems</li><li>
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues on computer systems</li><li>
Maintain accurate inventory databases, repair logs, and activity logs</li><li>
Enforce TSG guidelines and policies</li><li>
Manage user accounts and permissions</li><li>
Coordinate off-site repairs with external vendors</li><li>
Work with other TSG staff to test new applications and system upgrades</li><li>

ABOUT YOU<ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience</li><li>

U.S. COMPENSATION INFORMATION
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain&rsquo;s best in class benefits package (details listed below).
Some local governments in the United States require a good-faith, reasonable salary range to be included in job postings for open roles. The estimated annualized compensation for this role is as follows:<ul><li> In Chicago, IL, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $53,250 &ndash; $64,000; placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training, and skill level</li><li> Annual discretionary performance bonus</li><li> This role may also be eligible for other elements of discretionary compensation</li><li> 4.5% 401(k) company contribution, which increases after 3 years of service and is 100% vested upon start date</li></ul>
