 Expected Compensation:
 
 The anticipated base hourly wage range for a new hire into this position is $20 - $25/hour. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. As a Community Support Specialist with Thresholds&rsquo; Substance Use Treatment program, you will help people with substance use disorders through an array of harm reduction services.

This team serves a population at high risk of opioid overdose and involvement in the justice system. With your team, you will do outreach at shelters or on the street at community events to distribute and educate clients on naloxone, the opioid overdose reversal medication. You will also make direct referrals to a wide variety of services, including substance use or mental health treatment. After a client has been engaged in services, you will remove barriers to housing, employment, and mental healthcare through case management. You will help clients solidify their recovery and strengthen daily living skills as you drive them to doctors&rsquo; appointments, to benefits offices, or to the grocery store. Each day will be a little bit different, requiring you to adapt to your client&rsquo;s schedule, needs, and treatment plan.

 Provide interim on-site leadership and strategic direction alongside Regional Managers during staffing transitions, ensuring operational continuity and performance stability

 Lead, coach, and develop site teams including Property Managers, Assistant Managers, Leasing &amp; Marketing Managers, Maintenance, and Community Assistants
 </li>

 Oversee full property operations including leasing performance, marketing execution, financial management, and resident experience to increase occupancy and revenue goals

 Step into Property Manager responsibilities when needed, assisting with resident move-out, property turn, and move-in cycles

 Analyze budgets and monthly financial statements to identify variances, accruals, and reclasses while maintaining fiscal accountability

 Partner with revenue strategy by advising on pricing, concessions, and leasing tactics based on traffic, velocity, and conversion trends

 Key Responsibilities

 Monitor and manage inbound and outbound product movement to ensure accurate tracking and timely delivery

 Communicate with carriers, vendors, and logistics partners regarding scheduling, pickups, and deliveries

 Prepare, review, and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) and required shipping documentation for carriers and drivers

 Handle nightly shipment closures and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
