 Oversee the maintenance and continuously improve brand standard documents, material libraries, and finish palettes.

 What you&rsquo;ll have:

 Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, retail environments, hospitality design, or related fields, with demonstrated project ownership.

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred

 Strong creative sensibility with a refined eye for materials, color, furniture, lighting, and styling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep knowledge of design trends, industry events, influential designers, and emerging brands&mdash;paired with a strong network of vendors and artisans.

 Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
HS diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience</li><li>
Must have proven technical and process knowledge of standard graphic arts software packages and have previous experience in a digital prepress environment.</li><li>
High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.</li><li>
Proficiency with design and data visualization tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).</li><li>
Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel.</li><li>
Excellent design sense with awareness of current design trends.</li><li>
Ability to produce a variety of collateral materials, such as layouts, brochures, display visuals, and imagery for presentations.</li><li>
Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and a solid understanding of design principles.</li><li>
Capable of translating complex data into visually compelling formats.</li><li>
Strong understanding of branding, with the ability to work within established brand standards.</li><li>

Additional Information 
The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $35.19 - $36.06/ hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. What You Will Do

<li>Art direct and lead campaign direction.</li>

Who You Are
