The Manager of Teen Technology &amp; Design is a leading member of the Young Adult Programs and Services (YAPS) Department; responsible for providing support to teen patrons and teen-serving staff through programming, resources, and professional development across our 89 branches. The Managers&rsquo; portfolio includes the design and dissemination of high-quality resources and training on creative technology like 3D Printers, sewing machines, A/V equipment, as well as digital literacy and skill building. The Manager will design, communicate, and implement programs and services that will help bring The New York Public Library&rsquo;s (NYPL) strategic vision for teens to life, and work closely with the Associate Director and Director of Young Adult Programs &amp; Services to build the community of practice at the Library.<br>

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Associate Director of Audience Development to join our New York-based Marketing Strategy &amp; Audience Development team. This role will lead the day-to-day strategy and hands-on execution of first-party fan data acquisition campaigns (email &amp; SMS), with a particular focus on building high-intent email and SMS audiences that can be converted into e-commerce merchandise buyers &amp; beyond.</p>

Reporting to the Vice President, Audience Development, this role combines strategic thinking, hands-on campaign execution and data-driven performance optimization. You'll leverage proprietary technology, paid and organic marketing channels, live events and third-party audience tools to deliver measurable growth for artists and label partners across multiple genres and career stages.</p>
