This position is an integral part of the health care setting service and the incumbent receives assignments from the appropriate employee in charge of patient and messenger escort, in accordance with the operational procedures determined by health care setting leadership. Transports patients to and from the Nursing Service and all other patient areas for specialized treatment and examinations as a primary function, but will also perform such other duties as required.</p><p><b>
Examples of Typical Tasks</b>:</p><p>
1. Obtains patient escort assignments and schedules from a designated Dispatcher/Supervisor, Service Department and reports to Nurse-in-Charge.</p><p>
2. Introduces self to patient, explains the nature of the trip, and escorts the patient to and from the Nursing Service to a designated area until someone else assumes responsibility for the patient or given another assignment by the Nursing Supervisor and reports back to the Dispatcher/Supervisor, Service Department.</p><p>
3. Transports patients by wheelchair, stretcher, bed or stretcher-bed, and escorts ambulatory patients, including those with intravenous apparatus to and from various nursing units, x-ray, scheduled therapies, various clinics, other diagnostic and therapeutic units, transfers, discharges, religious and recreation centers within the healthcare setting, accompany children to school within.</p><p>
4. Maintains control of patients&rsquo; charts and releases same only to authorized personnel.</p><p>
5. Maintains records of patient transport activities including the time a patient is picked-up, time of patient&rsquo;s arrival at a specified area and time of patient&rsquo;s return to the Nursing Service.</p><p>
6. Places patients in and out of wheelchair, stretcher, bed, and morgue tray and obtains assistance, if necessary. Positions patents on tables in such areas as x-ray, P.T., etc. and uses Hoyer lifters and other patient lifting devices.</p><p>
7. Escorts newly-admitted patients to designated areas in the health care setting complex and assists them in storing their luggage, packages, clothing and other items.</p><p>
8. Transports bodies and/or assists Mortuary Caretaker in transporting same to the mortuary and places in refrigerator and, when necessary, searches D.O.A.&rsquo;s, completes the required D.O.A.&rsquo;s reports, transports fetus, amputated parts or other specimen to morgue; delivers specimens, charts, x-rays, etc. to and from specified area (such as O.R., wards, laboratories, etc.).</p><p>
9. Responsible for the ready availability, upkeep and cleanliness of wheelchairs, stretchers, stretcher beds and morgue trays, sterilization of incoming patients&rsquo; clothing and other items, when required.</p><p>
10. Performs such other duties as are necessary, when assigned (e.g., collect and deliver regular and emergency requisitions for x-ray, electrocardiograph, basal metabolism, physiotherapy and other diagnostic tests and treatments, assists with transporting various equipment and supplies and other messenger assignment).</p>

We're looking for an experienced experiential leader to join us and build the modern IRL capability at VaynerX.</p>

This role includes two key components:</p>

<p>You must LOVE all things social. Our differentiation is simple but powerful: we do not produce events. We engineer experiences as production days. IRL is media. Content is the multiplier. This is an always-on role that moves daily and will put you at the epicenter of culture, creators, and brand innovation. Our teams are lean. You'll need to dip down and be hands-on when required, while also building systems, delegating effectively, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. The bar is high. The expectation is excellence. The outcome is industry-leading experiential work that drives real business impact. You'll be passionate about the agencies you represent and relentless about strengthening client and industry relationships across the global company.</p>

Here's where you come in.</b></p>
<p>
This is an in person role based at VXHQ; Hudson Yards in NYC; but you'll work seamlessly across all VaynerX offices and eventually regions. You'll deliver best-in-class PR strategies; sharpening the narratives of VaynerMedia and other VaynerX entities, while refining the VX experiential narrative as an additional service offering for clients. You'll eventually hire and manage a team.</p>

On the client side, you have a blank canvas! You'll work closely with the VaynerX leadership team to service our experiential opportunities and grow it significantly.</p>

Strategy &amp; Capability Building</b></p>

<li>Develop and implement a clear experiential strategy for VaynerX and the companies within it for 2026 and beyond. Establish positioning, go-to-market structure, operating models, and revenue goals.</li>
<li>Define and institutionalize the &quot;events for content&quot; playbook. Ensure every activation is engineered for: Native short-form capture, Creator integration, Live moments, Modular post-event distribution, Measurable social impact</li>
<li>Drive the go-to-market roadmap for VX Experiential services expansion and rollout.</li>
<li>Set and measure clear, meaningful, and consistent KPIs across experiential engagements, including content performance and business outcomes.</li>
<li>Partner with Creative, Media, Strategy, Production, and Platform teams to integrate experiential seamlessly into full-funnel solutions.</li>
<li>Serve as the senior experiential advisor to executive leadership and clients.</li>
<li>Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated and adhered to.</li>

<li>Design experiences that are optimized for performance across platforms, not just attendance in a room.</li>
<li>Oversee end-to-end production lifecycle across projects: concept, budgeting, vendor management, fabrication, logistics, staffing, compliance, and execution.</li>

<li>Establish best-in-class vendor and production ecosystems globally.</li>
