This position is responsible for managing our client's website, landing pages, and lifecycle communications (email and SMS), ensuring that the strategic direction set by senior leadership is translated into high-performing digital experiences.</p><p>This role focuses on day-to-day execution, optimization, and performance support across web and lifecycle channels, enabling the Senior Marketing Manager and leadership team to focus on strategy, innovation, and growth.</p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITES</b></p><p>&middot; Manage and maintain the client's website, including page updates, landing pages, forms, and donation flows.</p><p>&middot; Execute and deploy email and SMS campaigns based on the strategic donor and supporter journeys defined by the Senior Marketing Manager.</p><p>&middot; Optimize conversion paths across web, email, and SMS to improve donor engagement, registration completion, and online donations.</p><p>&middot; Monitor and improve user experience (UX), content performance, and site functionality to reduce friction in key digital journeys.</p><p>&middot; Support analytics and performance tracking across digital channels, including website, email, and SMS.</p><p>&middot; Assist with reporting on campaign and channel performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.</p><p>&middot; Collaborate with internal and global teams to implement digital updates that support recruitment drives, fundraising campaigns, and advocacy initiatives.</p><p>&middot; Ensure digital platforms comply with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.</p><p>&middot; Support testing and optimization initiatives (A/B testing, content refinements, journey improvements).</p><p>&middot; Maintain documentation and best practices for digital execution and workflows.</p><p>&middot; Attend a minimum of one donor recruitment drive per quarter.</p><p>&middot; Maintain a strong understanding of the client's mission, values, and brand voice.</p><p>&middot; Comply with all organizational policies and standards.</p><p>&middot; Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.</p><p>&middot; Uphold the organization&rsquo;s commitment to equity and anti-discriminatory practice.</p><p>&middot; Fulfil any other duties as directed by the Senior Marketing Manager.</p><p><b>REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><p><b>Experience / Knowledge / Education</b></p><ul><li>Degree-qualified in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, web management, or lifecycle marketing.</li><li>Experience managing websites, landing pages, and online conversion flows.</li><li>Practical experience executing email and SMS campaigns.</li><li>Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic content updates.</li><li>Experience working with website management software (WordPress, Kontent Ai, or similar).</li><li>Experience working with Email and SMS software (MailingWork, Bird, Mailchimp, or similar).</li><li>Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Piwik Pro, or similar).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.</li></ul><p><b>Desirable, but not essential:</b></p><ul><li>CRM or marketing automation experience (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or similar).</li><li>Basic HTML or CMS customization knowledge.</li><li>Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations.</li><li>Familiarity with UX or conversion rate optimization principles.</li></ul><p><b>Skills / Abilities</b></p><ul><li>Strong organizational and execution skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset with an interest in performance optimization.</li><li>Collaborative and responsive team player.</li><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new platforms and tools.</li><li>Ability to balance speed, accuracy, and quality in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul><p>Ability to Commute:</p><ul><li>New York, NY 10040 (Preferred)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
