 Marketing &amp; Communications is responsible for management of the NYAM brand, developing and implementing organization-wide and individual unit strategic marketing and public relations initiatives as well as management of all digital properties including websites, social media and email.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Manage and administer the NYAM web presence, including the organization&rsquo;s main site, the integration of historic programmatic micro-sites, and ad hoc digital publications.

 Oversee WordPress functionality Including templates, plugins, user workflows, and vendor collaboration.

 Implement and maintain SEO and accessibility best practices across all digital platforms.

 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital management and a bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.

 Other requirements include experience with CMS management with strong proficiency in WordPress; experience with modern email management and delivery systems; experience with CRM integration such as Salesforce; experience with Google Analytics &amp; Google Tag Manager; and experience with SEO and digital optimization best practices across platforms.

Relevant portfolio examples required.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Create, draft and publish content for all social media platforms utilized by the Club.</li><li>Conceptualize and design both print and digital assets including event flyers, menus, signage, invitations, newsletters, flipping books, and social media graphics.</li><li>Maintain and evolve the NYAC brand identity across all visual touchpoints, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and quality.</li><li>Capture photos and short videos of Club events &ndash; Social activities, Athletic events, etc.</li><li>Manage NYAC content calendar to ensure timely posting.</li><li>Monitor and report on Social Media analytics.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments (athletics, events, dining, retail, communications, etc.) to produce materials that meet their needs.</li><li>Create digital assets for the Club website, app, and email campaigns.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and priorities.</li><li>Stay current with design trends while honoring the Club&rsquo;s historic brand.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Marketing or related field or 2&ndash;5 years of professional design experience (in-house or agency).</li><li>Familiarity with Adobe&rsquo;s Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Canva, Figma or other digital tools.</li><li>Familiarity with Social Media platforms and tools.</li><li>Familiarity with Club/CRM databases such as Jonas, but not required.</li><li>Photography and Videography skills.
