SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Genesys Works Houston&rsquo;s marketing, communications, and internal culture initiatives. This role plays a key operational and creative support function across digital communications, internal engagement, content production, and cross-departmental collaboration.
The Marketing Coordinator will ensure that external messaging remains consistent and compelling while also strengthening internal communication systems that promote clarity, engagement, and organizational culture.
The Senior Manager will benefit from this role through a dedicated focus on strengthening external storytelling, elevating corporate partner visibility, and amplifying alumni narratives that support corporate engagement and revenue growth. By increasing brand clarity and showcasing measurable impact, the Marketing Coordinator helps deepen partnerships and expand internship seat opportunities for students.
