The Senior Marketing Specialist (&quot;the Specialist&quot;) is responsible for leading coordination of marketing and communication activities for CHRISTUS entities and departments/initiatives as directed by the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications as part of the system strategic marketing and communications department's function. Specifically, the Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting with regional/entity marketing plan development and customer relationship management (CRM) program development which includes: coordination of system health campaigns or other branding/marketing messaging as needed for regional use, coordination with system ad agencies and graphic designers for campaign development and/or order form development, understanding CRM strategies for the deployment at the regional/entity level, identifying customer segments and engagement activities especially in terms of affinity groups and related specialized targets, utilizing third party contracted applications, assisting Director of CRM with regional/entity educational opportunities/meetings and coordination of plug-in products such as e-newsletters and printing production as needed, and serving as the primary department contact for Project Management of internal system department requests which includes, but not limited to: Human Resources, Wellness/Benefits, Diversity and Inclusion, Legal, Mission and Ethics, etc. The Specialist will possess the ability to manage outside vendors, ad agencies, graphic designers, production companies, printers and related contracted resources to meet deadline and budget requirements for projects. Job Summary 
This role oversees the full pre‑boarding process, ensuring all compliance requirements, documentation, and new‑hire preparations are completed accurately and on schedule. The position serves as a key liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to support a smooth and positive transition into the organization. It also contributes to process improvements while consistently demonstrating the company's PACT values. 


Essential Job Responsibilities
<ul><li>Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal departments to execute all pre‑boarding tasks, including reviewing applicant profiles, initiating background checks and drug screens, tracking offer acceptance, and ensuring all requirements are completed in alignment with organizational timelines and compliance standards.</li>
<li>Administer and manage onboarding documentation by sending, monitoring, and collecting required forms, maintaining accurate status tracking within the Recruiting spreadsheet, and promptly identifying or escalating any delays, discrepancies, or missing information.</li>
<li>Serve as a proactive communication point for both candidates and hiring managers, providing new hires with clear pre‑start information, answering questions, offering guidance on next steps, and keeping managers informed of progress, potential delays, or documentation needs.</li>
<li>Ensure cross‑functional readiness for each new hire's start date by coordinating setup with internal teams and supporting continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall candidate experience.</li>
<li>Demonstrate and uphold the company's PACT values&mdash;People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships&mdash;through every interaction and workflow within the pre‑boarding process.</li></ul> 


Minimum Qualifications

Required:
<ul><li>Bilingual in Spanish, proficient speaking, reading and writing in Spanish and English.</li>
<li>1&ndash;2 years experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or onboarding support.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively in a diverse, dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting and consistently deliver high‑quality work.</li>
<li>Self‑motivated, adaptable, and flexible, able to adjust to evolving business needs and organizational strategies.</li></ul> 


Preferred:
