About the role:

As a Director of Newsroom Content, you will lead newsroom storytelling across the Oscar Health brand and a portfolio of sub-brands. You will sit within the External Communications team alongside earned media and social media. Work Location:
This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role is: $180,504.00 - $236,911.50 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants and annual performance bonuses. 


Responsibilities:

Lead Newsroom Function

<li>Build and manage a modern corporate newsroom serving the Oscar brand and three sub-brands.</li>

About the Role</h2>
You'll join the Product &amp; Brand Marketing team as a creative full-stack marketer &mdash; the kind of person who can pitch a creator campaign in the morning, write a thought leadership piece at lunch, and brief an event activation by end of day.
