Position Summary

Who You Are:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred. Big 4 experience is highly desired.</li>
<li>10+ years of progressive experience in Accounting, or Audit ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.</li>
<li>Stripe payment expertise, including reporting analytics, understanding of refunds and compliance with contractuals agreements audits</li>
<li>Fluency in NetSuite and Smartview. Excellent understanding of Income Statement, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet.</li>
<li>Ramp system management and A/P approvals. Maintaining Ramp vendor relationship. Implementation of new PO system as part of Ramp implementation.</li>
<li>Prior experience managing Audits, reporting and resolution.</li>
<li>Experience working with Senior Leadership</li>
<li>Polished communication skills</li>

 Credit Agricole is among world top 10 banking groups. Our NY based Leveraged Finance team is directly responsible for origination and execution of LBOs with leading Private Equity Funds in North America, as well as financings for leveraged (non-investment grade) corporates, across loans and HY bonds. In addition, the team is also in charge of event driven financings (M&amp;A and IPO related) for Investment Grade clients, and of leveraged / structured financing transactions in the TMT sector, including the current wave of infrastructure flavored deals (towercos, data centers, fibercos, GPU Financings) with Infrastructure Funds, across North America and Latam. It is referred to internally as the &ldquo;LATFG&rdquo; team (Leveraged, Acquisition &amp; TMT Finance).
 
 
 
 
 
 Building on its recent successes, the team is expanding to support its strong growth ambitions. In order to address the increasing volumes of credit and reporting management work generated by our expanding loan portfolio, we are setting up a portfolio management (PFM) team.
 
 
 We are opening a Portfolio Management analyst position. The analyst will report to the Director in charge of Portfolio Management, with regular interaction with the origination part of LATFG team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 1) Credit monitoring of our loan portfolio:
 
 
 Contribute to the ongoing credit monitoring work for part of the leveraged finance and TMT loan portfolio (current volume of about 70 deals): write up of annual reviews, credit papers in relation to
 
 
 waivers and amendments, quarterly write ups for loans under watch. In close coordination with
 
 
 respective deal/client teams.

 Proactively flag to LATFG manager and Portfolio Management Director and respective LATFG

 client teams any early warning signals of credit deterioration, concerns, or ideas for commercial

 Candidate background / experience

 Ideally 1-2 year experience in either a leveraged finance environment (portfolio management or origination and execution), or a credit risk / credit underwriting and monitoring function.

 Relevant academic background (BA/BS degree with economics/finance major coursework, ideally Master's degree &ndash; Msc Finance or MBA).
