 The Executive Assistant to the SVP, Chief Artistic Officer serves as a trusted strategic partner responsible for managing the operational rhythm, priorities, and administrative infrastructure of the Chief Artistic Officer&rsquo;s office. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and requires a highly perceptive, organized, and anticipatory professional capable of operating within a fast-paced global luxury and creative environment.
 
 
 The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in protecting the Chief Artistic Officer&rsquo;s time, enabling creative leadership, and ensuring seamless coordination across the Design Studio and executive leadership team. This individual must be able to quickly assess complex situations, understand shifting priorities, and exercise sound judgment in order to manage competing demands, sensitive information, and high-visibility interactions.

 We are looking for a solutions-driven, detail-oriented, organised Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in Toronto, New York and beyond. Reporting to the Manager of Executive Assistants, this person will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and provide high value and impact to the leadership team and the company as a whole.  As An Executive Assistant, You Will
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the day-to-day schedules for our leadership team, including calendaring, booking meetings and other commitments (where necessary) to ensure a balanced and efficient workday
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee executive email inboxes, triaging messages, drafting responses, and flagging time-sensitive items. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain organized filing systems for correspondence
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate internal and external meetings (think 1:1s, board meetings, partner meetings) and assist with documentation that may be required in conjunction with meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange international/domestic travel and logistics for our leadership team, including booking flights and accommodations, scheduling, and expense reconciliation
 </li>
 <li>
 Work to identify new ways to add value and proactively take on tasks that can help our leadership team be more productive. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who loves to optimize operations and processes and is equally excited to share their ideas with our team!
 </li>
 <li>
 Be willing to take on special projects like coordinating team events, off sites or community-building activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a strict level of confidentiality
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and maintain internal documentation, share knowledge, and also work on formatting communications for the leadership team
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 You May Be a Good Fit If You
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Have 3+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or equivalent experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipate others&rsquo; needs and can work proactively to address them
 </li>
 <li>
 Have previous experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced, growing, innovative environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Have experience managing multiple calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules
 </li>
 <li>
 Are a strong communicator, both written and verbal - and feel comfortable speaking to C-level stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Are highly self-motivated and exercise discretion, tact, and professionalism
 </li>
 <li>
 Are detail-oriented, love staying organized, and stay cool under tight deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Are experienced with tools like Slack, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Slides
 </li>
 <li>
 Enjoy a balance of collaborative and independent work
 </li>
 <li>
 Have experience creating and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
