Hitachi Particle Engineering and Services, Inc. is looking for an experienced Service Technician to provide service and maintenance for the Proton Beam Therapy System, which is used for treating cancer at The University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, and the associated support systems as assigned. The Service Technician will be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance. Rise Association Management Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented On-Site Landscaper to support the curb appeal and upkeep of a beautiful condominium property. This role is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of all landscaping and exterior grounds, including seasonal tasks, plant care, and cleanliness of all outdoor areas. During off-peak seasons or when landscaping projects are minimal, this position may support the on-site maintenance team with light building or property upkeep.

This is a hands-on, outdoor-facing role ideal for someone who takes pride in creating and maintaining a welcoming and beautiful environment for residents.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Key Responsibilities</h3>

Landscaping &amp; Groundskeeping:
<ul>
<li>Maintain all landscaping areas, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilizing, and planting.</li>
<li>Monitor plant health and appearance, replacing plants as needed.</li>
<li>Remove litter, leaves, and debris from walkways, driveways, and common areas.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all outdoor amenities, including courtyards, entrances, and poolside areas.</li>
<li>Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.</li>
<li>Perform seasonal tasks such as power washing, heavy leaf removal, or seasonal planting and plant removal.</li>
<li>Identify irrigation issues and report them promptly for repair.</li>
</ul>
Light Maintenance Support:
<ul>
<li>Assist the maintenance technicians with light building tasks during off-season or low landscaping activity.</li>
<li>Perform minor touch-up painting, power washing, and basic repairs around the property.</li>
<li>Respond to occasional management requests related to exterior upkeep.</li>
<li>Support special projects or vendor oversight as needed.</li>
</ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Required Skills and Qualifications</h3>

Required Skills &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance (2+ years preferred).</li>
<li>Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of landscaping best practices, plant care, and Smart Link irrigation systems a plus.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions.</li>
<li>Basic handyman or general maintenance knowledge is a plus.</li>
<li>Bilingual a plus, but not required.</li>
</ul>

<li>Must have access to reliable transportation.</li>
