 Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute short- and long-term category and supplier strategies

 Lead Supplier Relationship Management and sustainability initiatives
 </li>

 Manage sourcing projects from RFx through negotiation and contract execution
 </li>

 Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and total cost of ownership improvements

 Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and senior stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and mentor a procurement team, strengthening best practices and operational efficiency

 Candidate Profile:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate has strong experience in construction/facilities sourcing, excellent executive presence, and a proven track record of delivering measurable cost and performance improvements in complex organizations. Candidates should be confident leaders, capable of managing complex teams, supporting senior leadership, and acting as a strategic influencer across the organization. Preference will be given to those who have held Senior Manager, Associate Director, or Director-level positions.
