 Merch Traffic, LLC is a subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist responsible for managing high-volume, fast-paced payables related to touring operations, artist merchandise, e-commerce, pop-up retail locations, and general business expenses. This role ensures vendors, artists, venues, and partners are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strong internal controls and organized financial records.

  What This Role Will Do

   Process and manage accounts payable for tour-related, artist-related, and general merchandise invoices
  </li>
  <li>
   Review, code, and process FedEx and freight invoices, ensuring proper expense allocation
  </li>
  <li>
   Process e-commerce related invoices
  </li>
  <li>
   Process floats and cash advances associated with touring and events
  </li>
  <li>
   Process venue-related invoices, including hall fees and applicable taxes
  </li>
  <li>
   Review and process truck, transportation, and tour logistics invoices
  </li>
  <li>
   Handle miscellaneous tour-related invoices, including supplies and media services
  </li>
  <li>
   Process and track marketing expenses across tours, merchandise launches, and campaigns
  </li>
  <li>
   Set up new vendors and process invoices for tour and pop-up security services
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure accurate documentation, approvals, and compliance with company policies
  </li>

   Maintain organized records for audits and internal reporting
