Role Purpose:
The Senior Financial Analyst of FP&amp;A serves a key role on the Versant centralized Financial Planning and Analysis team, reporting to the Director with responsibility for supporting FP&amp;A process across all of Versant&rsquo;s various network and digital businesses. Senior Finance Analyst, Business Finance

 A24 is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. This role will report into the Corporate Finance Manager and will support corporate finance initiatives (e.g. liquidity management, lender reporting, project financing) as well as new strategic projects (e.g. M&amp;A, international expansion, live entertainment).
 
 
 You will work closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional partners across the finance, legal, production, strategy, and operations teams. This role is based in our New York office.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Forecast short-term and long-term cash flow and liquidity needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly and quarterly bank reporting, including borrowing base and financial covenants
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the legal, production and international teams to facilitate the closing project level financing
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct financial analysis to support the growth of new businesses verticals (including Live Entertainment and International Expansion)
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor capital market fluctuations and facilitate the execution of FX and interest rate hedges
 </li>

 Prepare financial models for complex, project, co-financing structures and facilitate on-going partner relations and reporting
 </li>

 Support M&amp;A transactions with financial analysis, valuation modeling, and financial due diligence

 Qualifications

 3+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or a related analytical role

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert-level Excel skills, including financial modeling and Power Query
 </li>
 <li>
 Management and organization of large data sets
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Airtable and Pigment or similar data/EPM tools is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with debt facilities, cash flow modeling, and financial statements
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to review contracts and identify key financial terms
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment.

 Our target salary range for this role is between $90,000 to $110,000. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.

You will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and partnering with the business to drive decision-making and resource planning. <li>Perform financial month-end close activities, including headcount reconciliations, accrual reviews, and budget vs. actuals analysis and reporting.</li>

<li>Partner with recruiting and HR partners to drive efficiencies in workforce planning and reporting for executives and their leaders.</li>

<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree; finance, business or economics preferred.</li>
<li>3-5 years experience in FP&amp;A, and/or analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in financial modeling, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel; financial planning tools (Pigment, Adaptive) are a plus</li>
<li>Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations</li>
