What is the Role?
CityBridge is seeking a Finance Analyst to support financial modeling, analysis, and monthly reporting across the organization. This role will be a key member of the Finance team, responsible for supporting financial analysis, reporting, and select accounting and audit-related activities, while maintaining appropriate internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial forecasting and reporting.

What you will accomplish:

 Position Overview

 This is a core FP&amp;A role requiring prior hands-on FP&amp;A experience, including planning, forecasting, and performance management in a complex financial services or capital markets environment.

 Oversee the reporting and analysis for monthly and quarterly operating results, including management reporting, planning, forecasting, and productivity analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with senior business heads and desk leads to compile the Annual Plan and rolling Forecasts, ensuring alignment between business strategy, financial targets, and resource allocation.
 </li>

 Provide insightful, forward-looking financial analysis and commentary to Senior Management, clearly explaining performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.

 Draft CEO- and Board-ready materials, including executive summaries, financial commentary, and speaking notes for Board and senior management presentations; strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
