<div>1. Prepare inspection report with the status of all guest rooms at the beginning of the shift. This includes all guest requests, out of order rooms, and show rooms for the day.</div>

<div>3. Inspect VIP rooms and ensure they are provided with appropriate amenities and services.</div>

<div>6. Evaluate Room attendants on their job performance according to the hotel standards. When necessary, take appropriate action (retraining, etc.) to ensure that their job performance is at a high-quality level.</div>
<div>7. Inspect and evaluate physical condition of the hotel's public spaces daily for cleanliness and necessary repairs.</div>
<div>8. Encourage a positive attitude among employees and treats guests and fellow employees with courtesy and respect.</div>
<div>9. Works to expedite tight turns when early arrivals are communicated from Front Desk and/or Housekeeping Management</div>
<div>10. Communicate to the Front Desk all vacant and clean rooms, the completion of guest requests, and room status discrepancies. The Front Desk will give the Supervisor all room moves, late check-outs, and additional guest requests for appropriate follow-up action by the Supervisor.</div>
<div>11. Answer the Housekeeping department's telephone using friendly and proper telephone techniques. The Supervisor will help with calling of guests with special requests, information, and status of Lost &amp; Found items.</div>
<div>12. Interact with the hotel's guests in a friendly, positive manner as a solution to their needs and/or problems. The Supervisor will often act as a liaison between the guest and the room cleaner.</div>
<div>13. Check the hotel's PMS computer for information concerning room status and to enter updated room status.</div>

We&rsquo;re a people-first brand on a mission to help everyone feel confident in their skin&mdash;and we&rsquo;re just getting started.</p><p><b>About The Role:</b></p><p>The Esthetician is a licensed professional responsible for delivering the signature Glowbar facial within the 30-minute treatment time. They are product and ingredient experts who inspire clients to feel confident in their skin through personalized care and education. Glowbar Estheticians create tailored treatment plans for each client, ensuring a consistent, high-quality facial every visit. They are driven to build lasting client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and guiding clients toward membership through results-driven service. Kind, genuine, and clear communicators, Estheticians ensure clients understand each step of their treatment while recommending products to support their at-home skincare routine. Education is at the heart of the role, and Estheticians are held accountable for client satisfaction and thoughtful retail integration. Collaboration and teamwork are essential, as Estheticians work closely with Studio Guides and Studio Managers to provide clients with a seamless 360&deg; Glowbar experience. They maintain an immaculate treatment room and contribute to the overall studio environment, practicing mindful product usage to manage costs effectively. Strict adherence to time and attendance is considered the golden rule for service providers. Estheticians must take proactive ownership of their shifts&mdash;covering or adjusting them as needed&mdash;so clients always receive the service they expect. This standard ensures reliability and demonstrates respect for both clients and team members. Glowbar Estheticians combine technical expertise, hospitality, and education to deliver consistent, results-driven treatments that inspire client loyalty and support membership growth.</p><p><b>A Peek Into Your Day:</b></p><ul><li>Arrive before the start of each and every shift</li><li>Positively welcome and engage with each and every client</li><li>Provide a strict 30-min facial, the Glowbar way</li><li>Manage correct Glowbar usage in reach room and communicate when replenishment is necessary</li><li>Provide each client with a treatment plan</li><li>Encourage each client to leave with product that supports the treatment plan</li><li>Encourage each client to rebook and become a member that supports the treatment plan</li><li>Clean the treatment room using sanitation standards before after each client</li><li>Aid in cleaning the studio in front of house and back of house as needed</li><li>Learn the role of a Studio Guide and sit at the front desk during times of need</li><li>Be the ultimate Glowbar ambassador in personality, presentation standards and education</li></ul><p><b>How We Measure Success:</b></p><ul><li>NPS</li><li>Product Revenue</li></ul><p><b>If all this sounds great, these are things that are required to join:</b></p><p><b>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></p><ul><li>Valid (temporary or permanent) Esthetics License</li><li>1+ years of experience as a licensed esthetician in a busy spa/salon</li><li>Consistently achieves $1,000+ in monthly product sales</li><li>Passion for hospitality, skincare, and client care</li><li>Flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, and varied weekday shifts</li><li>Full-Time: 5 days open availability (including both weekend days)</li><li>Part-Time: 3 days open availability (including one weekend day)</li><li>Weekend Only: Saturday &amp; Sunday availability every week</li><li>Knowledge of salon/spa standards, policies, and procedures</li><li>Forward-thinking problem solver with compassion for clients and teammates</li><li>Enthusiasm for beauty, skincare, and continuous learning</li></ul><p><b>Nice To Have:</b></p><ul><li>Established clientele</li></ul><p><b>Working Conditions:</b>At Glowbar, our studios are active, client-focused environments &mdash; and we want you to know what&rsquo;s involved behind the scenes.
