Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.</li><li>Ensure VIP, loyalty member, and special-occasion guests receive appropriate recognition and amenities per brand standards.</li><li>Drive associate awareness of ITR, key detractors and key contributing factors that influence the Hotel&rsquo;s scores.</li><li>Ensure that Brand Standards pertaining to Bonvoy Enrollments, CEC Cases, GXP Chat reply times and other Marriott metrics fall under the responsibility of the Front Office.</li></ul>Front Office Operations<ul><li>Oversee daily Front Desk and Night Audit operations to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient service delivery.</li><li>Proficient in the hotel's property management system (PMS) and all interfacing hotel systems; serve as the property's subject-matter expert for Front Office technology.</li><li>Retrieve, review, and distribute daily and period-end reports in a timely fashion (e.g., STAR Report, occupancy forecasts, arrivals/departures).</li><li>Develop and post the weekly work schedule for Front Desk employees in line with labor budgets and occupancy forecasts.</li><li>Coordinate room assignments and blocking with Housekeeping and Sales to support group, VIP, and special-request needs.</li><li>Prepare and distribute function sheets and relevant Front Office updates at the weekly Management Meeting.</li><li>Open IT tickets with Marriott when systems are down or require the attention of a Third-Party Vendor.</li></ul>Financial &amp; Administrative Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure that all daily revenue reporting is accurate in the Hotel&rsquo;s Financial Management System, working with the Assistant General Manager and/or Finance to rectify any variances or discrepancies in a timely manner.</li><li>Responsible for Accounts Payable related to the Front Office department, ensuring invoices are paid in a timely fashion and informing the General Manager of any high balances.</li><li>Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Direct Bill accounts; coordinate with Sales on account status and conduct weekly audits with the General Manager.</li><li>Coordinate and administer the daily transmittal of cash and checks to the bank; maintain accountability for the house bank and all cash-handling procedures.</li><li>Able to perform Night Auditor duties and balance the hotel's books at the end of each period; prepare and submit End of Period reports to Corporate on the first day of each new period.</li><li>Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with Front Office budgeting, labor cost management, and monthly forecasting.</li><li>Assist with basic revenue management functions, including rate and availability checks, in coordination with Sales and Revenue Management.</li><li>Maintain proper PAR levels of all Front Office supplies, ordering items as needed while staying within the monthly budget.</li><li>Regularly take inventory of all Market items. About the Role: We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to help build the next generation of AI-first products for our Short Term Disability product line. You'll own features and initiatives on the STD modules and help execute an ambitious multi-year roadmap delivering next-generation workflows, synthesis, insights, and decision guidance technologies to our disability carrier customers.

While no two days are the same, on any given day you can expect to:

<li>Work closely with data-science partners to quantify value and identify product opportunities</li>
<li>Drive the roadmap and execution for AI-first products</li>
<li>Build and ship AI-first products that guide and augment human decision-making in STD claims</li>
<li>Work directly with stakeholders at major insurance carriers to uncover problems, test product concepts, and drive business outcomes</li>
<li>Get early product concepts in front of customers and use their reactions to make real decisions about what to build next</li>
<li>Partner with customer success, sales, and product marketing to support go-to-market strategy for new capabilities</li>
<li>Write code and build working prototypes alongside your engineers, using AI coding tools as a core part of how you work</li>
<li>Define clear value propositions, adoption hypotheses, and kill criteria for your work, and have the discipline to walk away from work that isn't landing</li>
<li>Contribute to the strategic direction of STD products broadly</li>

About You
<ul>
<li>You are a seasoned Product professional who has built something from nothing at least once, ideally at a company where velocity and scrappiness were the norm. You think about products in terms of the economic and workflow problems they solve for a specific buyer, and you can carry that framing from early exploration through a compelling prototype.</li>
<li>You have gone deep in at least one complex, regulated vertical (fintech, healthtech, legaltech, HCM, or similar) and can speak specifically about how you built that understanding. We care less about which vertical and more about evidence that you know how to learn a complex domain quickly and turn that knowledge into good product decisions.</li>
<li>You are technical enough to contribute directly to working software. On a small team, there is no room for someone who shapes strategy and hands a spec to engineering. You build alongside your engineers using AI coding tools.</li>
<li>You have been a product leader on at least one product where AI was core to the value proposition, and you use AI tools daily in your actual work, not as a novelty, but as part of how you operate.</li>
<li>You are comfortable working with multiple disciplines across multiple teams. You'll be leading initiatives across product, engineering, data science, and CS. You're energized by that breadth rather than needing a single, fixed lane.</li>
<li>You have real discipline around killing work that isn't working. The intellectual honesty required to walk away from something you've built and care about, because the customer signal says no, is rarer than it sounds.</li>
</ul>
Key Competencies
<ul>
<li>0-to-1 product building. You have taken a product from concept through market validation and can point to specific decisions you made along the way.</li>
<li>Domain learning velocity. You can go deep in a new industry quickly, distinguish essential complexity from accumulated habit, and turn domain knowledge into product insight.</li>
<li>Technical contribution. You can prototype, build, and ship alongside engineers, working in AI coding environments and making direct technical contributions to the products you own.</li>
<li>Commercial instinct. You are comfortable in front of enterprise buyers, can construct a compelling value proposition and ROI case, and work well alongside sales and revenue teams.</li>
<li>AI fluency. You have practical, hands-on experience building AI-first products and a realistic sense of current capabilities and limitations.</li>
<li>Experimentation discipline. You define hypotheses, set kill criteria, test ideas with real customers, and make clear-eyed decisions about what to continue and what to stop.</li>
</ul>
Experience:
<ul>
<li>4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or high-production SaaS environment (Senior or Lead will be determined based on experience)</li>
<li>At least one 0-to-1 product build, ideally in a startup or high-velocity environment</li>
<li>Deep experience in at least one complex, regulated vertical</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven products</li>
<li>Track record of working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders to validate product direction</li>
<li>Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a bias toward action and learning over extensive upfront planning</li>
<li>Experience delivering results in a sales/GTM context, communicating effectively across stakeholders from end users to C-level executives</li>
