We are currently looking for an Analyst Sr Application Developer to work in our Houston, TX location.

<b>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</b><br>
This position will provide application software development services and technical support for commercial applications in support of core organizational and business processes. Develop program logic for new applications or code modifications in existing applications. Code, developer test, debug, document, implement and maintain software applications. Analyze requirements, maintain, and integrate application components. Ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented. Provide day-to-day support and participate in On-Call support. This includes analyzing new requirements to assist in development of estimates for proposed projects and system requirements. The responsibility also includes collaboration with team members and users to define code requirements or deficiencies. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development process, and to ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications. 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area</li><li>

Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management</li><li>
Stakeholder management, strong cross-functional communication and collaboration, engaging stakeholders effectively at all organizational levels</li><li>
Translate complex technology into user-focused features with data-driven prioritization</li><li>
AWS cloud expertise with CI/CD and Agile to accelerate build, test, and release</li><li>
Deep CI/CD expertise, designs and runs Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment pipelines to automate build, test, and release workflows</li><li>
Proven ability to build and deliver software end-to-end, owning the path from development through production deployment</li><li>
Experience with CI/CD tooling, specifically Jenkins and Spinnaker and familiarity with the latest tools in the market
