The sales of subscriptions for the reports containing the price indexes (Market Reports) are carried out by a dedicated sales team that this role will work closely with. The key measure of success in this role is therefore to encourage a shift in the market towards usage of the client&rsquo;s price references in the petroleum products markets, as well as to support the client&rsquo;s position in markets where it is already established and recognized as the key reference.

 The Logistics &amp; Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipment coordination, shipping documentation, warehouse logistics support, and customs related documentation activities for manufacturing and operational projects managed by SCM.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Inbound Logistics Coordination

 Coordinate receipt of tools, materials, and equipment into warehouse.

 Review supplier shipping documents including: &ndash; Commercial Invoice &ndash; Packing List &ndash; Delivery documentation

 Familiarity with import/export documentation and customs processes in UAE &amp; Globally.

 Experience handling international shipments and freight coordination.

 Knowledge of JAFZA logistics procedures is a must.
