ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</b></h1>

This person contributes to the success of the Lincoln Park Zoological Society by performing routine duties and functions in order to meet the cleanliness, beauty and aesthetic requirements of the park to help provide an exceptional guest experience. They will have a strong focus on safety which will be utilized while they operate a variety of equipment such as leaf blowers, power washers, and other equipment as required. This person will be expected to complete tasks as assigned by Management while also being responsible for the following tasks:</p><br>

<li>Perform general custodial cleaning duties as directed by supervisor, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, dusting, waste collection, rug cleaning, paper picking, laundering, etc. Assigned work areas may include all sections of the park: restrooms, restaurants, lunchrooms, offices, laboratories and hospital, animal buildings, conference rooms and meeting areas, security, etc.</li></ul></div><br>

<li>Gathers and disposes of waste materials by hand or with use of powered equipment</li>

<li>Perform the set-up of tents other structures, signage, staging, etc. related to events as directed by supervisor.</li>
<li>Perform setup and breakdown of indoor/outdoor tables and chairs as well as patio tables and chairs throughout the zoo.</li>

<p>We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sustainability Consultant with specialized expertise in integrated design and sustainable building development. The successful candidate will contribute technically to our team&rsquo;s existing portfolio of existing Green Building and LEED projects. The Senior Sustainability Consultant is directly responsible for the overall successful execution and delivery of projects to Clients in accordance with our contracts. The Senior Sustainability Consultant represents and is the primary administrator and communications link between all project stakeholders. <p>Your Key Responsibilities</p>

Job Summary</div>
Reporting to the Director, Residential Properties, the Facilities Manager is responsible for creating and proactively maintaining partnerships with clients, internal and third party service providers and other University partners in an assigned campus area. The Facilities Manager may directly supervise staff in campus facilities, but primarily accomplishes results by identifying clients&rsquo; needs and gaps in service to assist colleagues and vendors in providing appropriate services and prioritizing efforts. The Facilities Manager has expert knowledge in clients&rsquo; business and develops strategies to increase the value that the Facilities Services (FS) organization provides and to minimize the adverse impact FS has on their activities and those of the entire University community. The Facilities Manager is an accomplished communicator and easily transitions and adapts style to his/her environment. Facilities management teams, maintenance and housekeeping staff, in strong collaboration with Campus and Student Life (CSL) staff and various support personnel within FS, are responsible for property management for a 3,000-bed residence hall portfolio located in twelve buildings. The work of the unit is seasonal, with time in the spring, summer and early fall to plan and execute student room turnover, short-term conference and guest room activity and common space improvements. Other seasons have opportunities for planning, inspections, budgeting, preventive repairs, new initiatives, and proactive service delivery.<div></div><div>
