Work Performed

As a Groundskeeper/ Room Maintenance, you will perform the following work:

Lighting maintenance, including replacing bulbs when needed</li><li>
Perform basic room maintenance and assist guests with minor in-room issues.</li><li>

The Sales/Reservation Coordinator is expected to work in close collaboration with the Director of Sales and Director of Revenue Management, ensuring a seamless reservation process and delivering exceptional service to guestsand clients.<ul><li>Handle all aspects of room reservations, including inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel's room types, rates, and availability.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure accurate and timely input of reservations into the property management system.</li></ul><ul><li>Confirm reservations with guests and provide them with reservation details.</li></ul><ul><li>Assisting DORM with OTA reservations, applying payments, reconciling OTA commissions, and replying to extranet concerns</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in managing group reservations.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate room blocks, rooming lists, and group reservation requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with any internal correspondence regarding group events.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage VIP reservations, do VIP Cards.</li></ul><ul><li>Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure guest and client requests are fulfilled.</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate changes in reservations and group bookings to relevant departments.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide regular updates to the Director of Sales &amp; Marketing and DORM.</li></ul><ul><li>Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing accurate information and personalized service.</li></ul>DESIRED SKILLS:▪ Strong guest/resident service, problem solving and decision-making skills.▪ Must be an energetic, self-starter and self-motivating.▪ Must have a &ldquo;can do&rdquo; positive attitude.▪ Superior organizational skills.▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
