Overview:

This role is integral to the success of our Food &amp; Beverage operations, acting as a key point of contact for restaurant and event enquiries. Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>
Guest Experience &amp; Revenue Generation</b></p><ul><li>
Proactively convert event enquiries into semi-private or exclusive restaurant dining experiences</li><li>
Manage and convert Food &amp; Beverage reservations and event enquiries via phone and email, ensuring all interactions reflect warm and engaging service style in line with Firmdale standards of operation</li><li>
Maximize revenue through effective table management, timings of reservations, menu upselling, and prioritizing high-value and repeat guests</li><li>
Identify and communicate potential sales opportunities and qualified leads to the Sales &amp; Events team</li></ul><p><b>
Administration &amp; Operational Support</b></p><ul><li>
Maintain accurate and detailed booking records across all reservation systems</li><li>
Assist in preparing sales, reservations, and performance reports to support forecasting and business planning</li><li>
Ensure clear and consistent communication across Food &amp; Beverage, Events, Kitchen, Front Office, and other hotel departments</li><li>
Provide administrative support to Food &amp; Beverage Managers and Supervisors, including GM reports, menu development and formatting</li><li>
Support restaurant host teams and service operations during peak periods, acting as a liaison to ensure booking guidelines are followed</li></ul><p><b>
Skills &amp; Experience</b></p><ul><li>
Previous experience in hospitality reservations, events coordination, or sales support, ideally within a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment</li><li>
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to confidently convert enquiries into bookings</li><li>
A warm, professional, and engaging communication style with excellent phone and email etiquette</li><li>
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach</li><li>
Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with OpenTable, POS systems, Opera and/or Delphi is advantageous</li><li>
