As Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties:<ul>
<li>
Greet, check-in, and escort guests promptly to their rooms</li>
<li>Address special guest preferences recorded in guest history profiles</li>
<li>Handle cash drawer properly as outlined in the MODOH Controller&rsquo;s Policy</li>
<li>Check cash float at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure at all times that amounts are correct</li>
<li>Provide quality service with colleagues to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest&rsquo;s experience</li>
<li>Arrange fulfilment of guest services by working with the Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations and Room Service colleagues</li>
<li>Print and drop cash out, adjustment slips, paid out voucher, and bank count reports</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with the Night Duty Manager and Accounting Department</li>
<li>Establish a good working knowledge of the Hotel outlets and products</li>

 The Spa Attendant/Reception ensures the guests experience is up to the 5* standards by dealing with them directly and addressing the details behind the scenes to go above and beyond their expectations. Their objectives include assisting guests with spa, gym and pool related information, giving them personal attention, anticipating their needs and being an escort to the appropriate facilities.
 
 
 Greet all arriving and departing guests by name, inquire about their level of satisfaction of the services, and maintain positive relations at all times.
 
 
 Recognise arrivals of all VIP guests arriving in both the spa and hotel.
 
 
 Ensure the facility is in peak condition and clean at all times.
