Coordinates, directs and manages the office of a top College of Medicine executive.<br>

1. Coordinates and manages the daily schedule of the COM executive with internal and external parties, which includes staff, university administrators, alumni, students, Board of Regents, government officials and community leaders.

3. Makes travel arrangements, screens all in-coming telephone calls, and sorts and prioritizes mail.

As the largest behavioral and developmental disability care center in Texas, The Harris Center provides care to over 90,000 people and has an annual budget of over $300 million.</p>
