<div>The HR Digital Solutions Analyst is an entry-level role within the Human Resources team responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of HR technology platforms. This role will contribute to the recommendation, development, and administration of HR systems such as the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Learning Management System (LMS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and other digital HR tools, including AI driven solutions. Essential Responsibilities

</li><li>Basic knowledge of HRIS platforms, LMS systems, or other HR technology tools is required.
</li><li>Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
</li><li>Interest in AI applications, automation, and digital transformation in HR.
</li><li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
