   Onboarding: manages all onboarding tasks from signed offers, background checks, new hire paperwork, 30-90 day check-ins, and first day orientation presenting.

   Offboarding: manages all offboarding tasks including resignation/termination processing and required paperwork.

   Benefits: Completes benefits administration processes for enrollments, renewals and changes.

This role involves administrative coordination, HR support, compliance oversight, and effective communication across departments.</div><div>
</div><div><b>Key Responsibilities of a Human Resources Generalist:</b></div><div><ul><li><p>
Streamline and maintain HR systems, procedures, and records.</p></li><li><p>
Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and evaluations.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure compliance with federal/state HR regulations, Medicaid standards, and CARF requirements.</p></li><li><p>
Conduct and support investigations, recordkeeping, exit interviews, and performance improvement efforts.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate across departments, communicate effectively, and assist with resolving administrative or staff concerns.</p></li><li><p>
Participate in meetings, report concerns promptly, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.</p></li></ul></div><p><b>
Qualifications of a Human Resources Generalist:</b></p><ul><li><p>
A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</p></li><li><p>
A minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in office administration, including demonstrated leadership.
</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with operational, financial, quality assurance, and human resource procedures and regulations is a must.
</p></li><li><p>Successfully pass criminal records check, finger printing, and HCPR check as a prerequisite for employment consideration.
</p></li><li><p>Must have reliable transportation, maintain required level of vehicle insurance and valid driver&rsquo;s license.
</p></li><li><p>Must be willing to travel (as needed, 5%)</p></li></ul></div>
