The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resource department, including strategy development, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and HR compliance. Job Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning &amp; Leadership:

<li>Develop and oversee integrated talent management frameworks, including succession planning and leadership pipelines, to ensure continuity, retention of high-potential staff, and future leadership readiness.</li>
<li>Establish strategic HR governance frameworks incorporating analytics, compliance, and risk management to support informed decision-making, regulatory alignment, and long-term organizational sustainability.</li>

Tactical Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead the digitalization of HR processes by implementing and strengthening HR Software for recruitment, employee records, attendance, leave, performance management, and reporting.</li>
<li>Standardize HR policies, procedures, templates, and documentation to ensure consistency, transparency, and efficiency across all departments and projects.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain centralized, accurate, and secure digital employee records in line with data protection and confidentiality standards.</li>
<li>Automate routine HR workflows (e.g., leave approvals, contract tracking, recruitment tracking, HR reporting) to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.</li>
<li>Establish standardized HR dashboards and reports to provide management with real-time insights on workforce trends, compliance status, and key HR indicators.</li>
<li>Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance service delivery, reduce turnaround time, and align HR with best practices and organizational needs.</li>

Operational Responsibilities:

<li>Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including workforce planning updates, job postings, screening, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding, ensuring timely, diverse, and quality hiring.</li>
<li>Supervise daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, and donor/organizational requirements.</li>
<li>Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, assign priorities, monitor performance, and ensure effective service delivery across all HR functions.</li>
<li>Manage employee lifecycle activities, including job offers, contracts, transfers, contract renewals, and exits, ensuring accurate documentation and records.</li>

This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing key HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR operations, and compliance.The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in HR principles and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding:&Oslash; Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and initial interviews.&Oslash; Oversee onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, including preboarding, documentation, orientation, and benefits enrollment.&Oslash; Develop and implement structured onboarding programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.&middot; Employee Relations &amp; Engagement:&Oslash; Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace.&Oslash; Address employee concerns with confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with company policies.&Oslash; Provide guidance on HR policies, best practices, and workplace regulations.&Oslash; Conduct investigations into employee grievances and disputes, recommending appropriate resolutions.&middot; Performance Management &amp; Learning &amp; Development:&Oslash; Assist in the performance appraisal process, including scheduling reviews and collecting performance data.&Oslash; Support managers in identifying training needs, implementing performance improvement plans, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.&Oslash; Maintain training records and track employee learning and development progress.&middot; HR Operations &amp; Compliance:&Oslash; Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records within the HRIS, maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity.&Oslash; Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.&Oslash; Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.&Oslash; Prepare HR reports and analytics on headcount, turnover, and employee engagement to support strategic decision-making.&middot; Compensation, Benefits &amp; Payroll Support:&Oslash; Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.&Oslash; Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits, ensuring clarity and accuracy.&Oslash; Coordinate payroll processes in collaboration with the Payroll and Finance teams, ensuring timely and error-free salary disbursement.&middot; HR Analytics &amp; Reporting:&Oslash; Track and analyze key HR metrics, such as recruitment efficiency, employee engagement, and retention trends, to inform HR strategies.&Oslash; Maintain HR dashboards and generate reports to support leadership in workforce planning and data-driven decision-making.Skills &amp; Qualifications:&middot; Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.&middot; Experience: 3-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in talent management, employee relations, or HR operations.&middot; HR Expertise: Strong understanding of HR principles, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.&middot; Analytical &amp; Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret HR metrics for strategic decision-making.&middot; Communication &amp; Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent employee support with a customer-service mindset.&middot; Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.&middot; Technology Proficiency: Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.Why Join Cybernet?At Cybernet, we foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
