<div>The 1000heads Account team is a proud, powerful collective of social media obsessives who are experts in managing client relationships and delivering best-in-class, social-first campaigns. This role is currently a freelance position, but may become a full-time opportunity.
As a Freelance Account Manager, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day client communications while partnering cross-functionally with Creative, Strategy, Design, and Insights teams to deliver high-quality, integrated campaigns. This role is focused on client service, project management, and influencer/creator-led campaign execution.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, solution-oriented Account Manager with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate brings agency experience across account management and influencer/creator campaigns, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
Experience working on large-scale accounts is highly preferred. A strong understanding of social platforms, influencer marketing, and creator partnerships is essential. 
Requirements 
<ul><li>
Must be based in or able to work hybrid (2 days/week) from one of our U.S. offices: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Miami</li><li>
2&ndash;5 years of agency or relevant experience, with a focus on account management and/or influencer marketing</li><li>
Experience supporting or managing influencer/creator campaigns</li><li>
Strong understanding of social platforms and digital content ecosystems</li><li>
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments</li><li>
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>
Lead day-to-day client communication and build strong, trusted relationships</li><li>
Develop thoughtful, creative solutions in response to client briefs and campaign needs</li><li>
Gain a deep understanding of client brands, audiences, and business objectives</li><li>
Monitor market trends, cultural moments, and competitive activity</li></ul>
Influencer &amp; Campaign Management<ul><li>
Support and manage influencer/creator campaigns from briefing through execution</li><li>
Partner with internal teams to develop and deliver creator-led campaign strategies</li><li>
Coordinate with creators and/or influencer teams to ensure clear communication, timelines, and deliverables</li><li>
Ensure all content and campaign outputs align with client expectations and brand guidelines</li><li>
Maintain a strong understanding of the creator landscape and platform trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)</li></ul>
Project &amp; Financial Management<ul><li>
Develop and maintain project timelines, trackers, and scopes of work</li><li>
Support budget management, cost estimates, and approvals</li><li>
Ensure all work is approved prior to execution and delivered within scope</li><li>
Track and manage billing processes to ensure timely completion</li></ul>
Internal Collaboration<ul><li>
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow across departments</li><li>
Maintain organized documentation and centralized project files</li><li>
Support the development of client presentations, reports, and campaign recaps</li><li>
Ensure alignment with senior stakeholders at key stages</li></ul>

The Influencer Partnerships Associate Manager supports the strategic growth and day-to-day success of influencer and influencer-affiliate programs for leading brands. In this role, you'll work closely with senior team members to manage programs, analyze performance, and help shape influencer strategies that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Account &amp; Client Support
<ul><li>Support the Account Manager in managing assigned client relationships, including preparation for client calls, reporting, and follow-ups.</li>
<li>Lead defined program workstreams such as recruitment initiatives, seasonal activations, or optimization projects.</li>
<li>Draft client-facing performance insights, recommendations, and recap materials for review.</li>
</ul></li><li>Strategy &amp; Optimization
<ul><li>Analyze creator and program performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.</li>
<li>Support the development and execution of influencer recruitment, activation, and optimization strategies.</li>
<li>Recommend optimizations related to creator mix, incentives, commission structures, and content formats.</li>
</ul></li><li>Execution Oversight
<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day execution managed by Specialists, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and quality standards are met.</li>
<li>QA tracking setups, reports, and creator activations prior to delivery.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot escalated creator or tracking issues in partnership with internal teams.</li>
</ul></li><li>Reporting &amp; Insights
<ul><li>Own reporting and performance analysis for assigned workstreams or programs.</li>
<li>Translate data into clear, actionable insights aligned with client KPIs.</li>
<li>Support QBR preparation and performance reviews.</li>
</ul></li><li>Team &amp; Process Contribution
<ul><li>Act as a mentor and escalation point for Influencer Partnerships Specialists.</li>
<li>Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and program playbooks.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Affiliate Account Management teams to ensure influencer and influencer-affiliate programs align with broader affiliate strategy and client objectives.</li>
<li>Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and alignment across program stakeholders.</li>

</li></ul>Experience &amp; Skills
<ul>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance partnerships.</li>
<li>Experience supporting client relationships and strategic initiatives.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and storytelling skills.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with CreatorIQ (or similar platforms), Excel/Sheets, and project management tools.</li>
<li>Confident communicator with growing presentation skills.</li>
