<li>Produce high-end sizzle reels and promotional content</li>
<li>Conduct quality control on all produced content to ensure editorial and technical standards are met
</li><li>Organize and maintain media assets and contribute to building internal video libraries</li>
<li>Ensure content is optimized and localized for target audiences and distribution platforms</li></ul> 

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>3&ndash;4+ years of experience in video editing and digital content production</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop)</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience creating short-form and long-form content for digital and social platforms</li>
<li>Experience producing vertical video and platform-specific content</li>
<li>Understanding of live production environments and workflows</li>
<li>Strong editorial judgment and a passion for news, markets, and current events</li>
<li>Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment</li>
