Minimum 5 to 12 years of experience in analyzer systems design, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and training within Oil &amp; Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical industries.</div><div>
1. Execute analyzer turnaround maintenance and oversee assigned analyzer service projects.<br>
2. Interpret, recommend, and implement analyzer engineering design improvements and upgrades.<br>
3. Review analyzer spare part requirements and update analyzer documentation systems.<br>
4. Operate and maintain analyzer workstations, software tools, and data acquisition systems.<br>
5. Conduct specialized technical training for analyzer technicians to enhance competency levels.<br>
6. Evaluate and optimize sample conditioning systems, ensuring reliability of sample flow, pressure.<br>
7. Initiate and optimize preventive maintenance procedures and schedules for online analyzers.<br>
8. Review and manage analyzer materials, spares, and consumable requirements.<br>
9. Develop and execute comprehensive training programs covering: basic analyzer chemistry, sample systems, troubleshooting, and calibration.<br>
10. Provide technical support in troubleshooting analyzer and sample handling systems.<br>
11. Perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of process analyzers such as gas chromatographs, oxygen analyzers, combustion analyzers, hydrocarbon dew point analyzers, and CEMS systems.<br>
12. Support customers during commissioning, start-up, and emergency maintenance activities.<br>
13. Prepare and maintain documentation for training, troubleshooting, and technical support.<br>
14. Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for analytical systems at Yokogawa facilities and end-user sites.</div><div></div><div>
