In This Role, You Will

<li>Partner with finance and operations leaders to map processes and prioritize opportunities where AI workflows can deliver ROI, efficiency, and competitive advantage.</li>
<li>Translate ambiguous business goals into actionable AI programs with clear objectives, success metrics, data needs, solution logic, and rollout approach.</li>
<li>Rapidly build and iterate prototypes and MVPs (weeks, not months) using generative AI tools, low/no-code automation, and light scripting where helpful.</li>
<li>Run quick-turn pilots (typically 1&ndash;6 weeks): define baselines, test solutions, gather feedback, and iterate toward outcomes that hold up in the real world.</li>
<li>Quantify and track impact: build simple ROI models and scorecards (time, quality, cost, revenue) and communicate results in clear, executive-friendly narratives.</li>
<li>Drive adoption and change management through demos, training sessions, office hours, and stakeholder communications.</li>
<li>Partner with IT, Security, Legal, and Compliance to ensure solutions meet governance, privacy, data handling, and security standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate handoffs to Engineering/Data/BIS for scalable production implementations (requirements, testing notes, monitoring needs, and ongoing improvement plan).</li>

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have

<li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in corporate finance/FP&amp;A, consulting, investment banking/PE, operations strategy, analytics, product/ops, or a similarly rigorous, fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (business administration, finance, accounting, economics) or technical field (computer science, engineering, data science).</li>
<li>Demonstrated passion for curiosity-driven experimentation, and the ability to speak to personal GenAI projects, favorite tools, and lessons learned.</li>

 OVERVIEW:
 
 
 
 The Design Director, Brand Creative for the Kenneth Cole brand will join our dynamic creative team to lead advertising campaigns, seasonal launches, packaging design, marketing materials, logos, and branding initiatives.
 
 
 This Manager-level role requires a multi-disciplinary creative leader with a strong design sensibility, keen attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically while executing hands-on design work. The ideal candidate is passionate about packaging oversight, can wear multiple hats across print, digital, and video, and brings curiosity about emerging AI platforms for creative innovation. This position reports to the Creative Director.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 &bull;Lead packaging design efforts from concept to production, overseeing materials, dielines, renderings, vendor collaboration, and final execution to maintain brand consistency and quality.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with the Creative Director and Sr. Art Director on campaign concepts, seasonal launches, product storytelling, and brand initiatives.
 
 
 &bull; Oversee design and execution of marketing assets across print, digital, social, and in-store channels with a focus on craftsmanship and consistency.
 
 
 &bull; Provide art direction for photo shoots, retouching, and post-production to ensure brand standards and creative excellence are met.
 
 
 &bull; Support light video editing and motion graphics development for social media, digital campaigns, and internal presentations (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut or equivalent).
 
 
 &bull; Partner with internal marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams as well as external creative vendors and production partners.
 
 
 &bull; Explore the use of AI platforms (e.g., MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT) for concept development, visual ideation, and workflow optimization.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
 
 
 
 &bull;Strong experience in packaging design oversight from concept through production.
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and working knowledge of tools like Figma, for collaborative prototyping.
 
 
 &bull; Basic video editing skills for short-form digital and social content.
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with AI tools for creative ideation and workflow efficiencies.
 
 
 &bull; Solid understanding of creative, photographic, and digital production processes including post-production and retouching.
 
 
 &bull; Demonstrated success collaborating with multi-functional teams and managing multiple projects on time and on budget.
 
 
 &bull; Fashion or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred.
 
 
 &bull; Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.

 EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
