Job Description</b><br>
We are seeking a proactive, creative, highly strategic Marketing Manager to join the Integrated Marketing team within the Brand Partnerships organization. In this role, you will help shape the storytelling, positioning, and strategic narrative behind Doing Things&rsquo; go-to-market materials, editorial tentpoles, and brand partnership proposals, creating programming and marketing materials while ideating new initiatives designed to drive revenue for DT. You will lead in building tools and resources for the entire BP organization to increase efficiency in our sales process &ndash; enabling brands to better connect with our audiences in new, innovative ways.<br>

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative articulation, cross-functional coordination, deck-building excellence, and an expert understanding of social media culture, creator trends, platform behaviors, and the Doing Things editorial voice. Strategic Pitch Development &amp; Proposal Support</p><ul><li>
Leading the charge/ownership of crafting innovative, strategic storytelling</li><li>
Interpret client goals and translate them into clear, compelling, insight-backed pitch strategies</li><li>
Build slides that articulate the strategy, rationale, and creative POV behind Doing Things&rsquo; proposed solution</li><li>
Support in the creation of overall GTM materials, one-sheets, offering guides, and tentpole decks</li><li>
Help develop and update the Doing Things pitch library, including IP one-sheets, case studies, show descriptions, content examples, and vertical/category POV decks</li><li>
Build materials for key editorial and cultural tentpoles in partnership with Editorial Pods (Overheard, ShitheadSteve, MCF, Bob Does Sports, Breezy, etc.)</li><li>
Distill platform trends, cultural behaviors, and creator formats into digestible POVs for the sales team</li><li>
Help refine brand messaging and narrative structure for pitches and marketing materials</li><li>

Qualifications</b>:</p><ul><li>
4&ndash;6+ years experience in integrated marketing, branded content, pre-sale strategy, or creative strategy at a media company, agency, publisher, or creator-first brand</li><li>
Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat), internet culture, creator ecosystems, and meme-driven storytelling</li><li>
Exceptional slide-building skills; ability to turn loose ideas into visually compelling, strategically sound decks</li><li>
Excellent writing, storytelling, presentation, and communication abilities</li><li>
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously</li><li>
