We are currently seeking a Manager - Integrated Marketing to join our Brand &amp; Integrated Marketing Strategy team based in our New York, NY office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Assist with the strategic development of sales pitches, packages, and solutions (both proactive and in response to RFPs) to drive sales revenue across all platforms, including linear, digital, social, and on-ground events.</li><li>
Provide best-in-class partnership to AMCN Sales leadership and their Account Executives, assisting with all marketing-related agency requests and client needs in developing clear, concise, and creative client pitches.</li><li>
Accompany the Sales team on pitch meetings to represent AMC Networks and creatively speak to custom proposals and client opportunities as needed.</li><li>
Liaise with external partners and forge new relationships to develop and implement new revenue-generating opportunities across all platforms proactively.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally daily across Sales, Programming, Creative, Production, Digital, Social, and Research departments to develop insights, data-driven packages, and sponsorships.</li><li>
Lead the execution and fulfillment of all sold client marketing campaigns across all platforms/ networks and attend production shoots as needed.</li><li>
Oversee the development of all AMCN Sales &amp; Content Room materials, including pitch decks, proactive sponsorship presentations, one-sheets, case studies, recap decks, etc.</li><li>
Act as an editorial filter to ensure all ideas pitched and executed are on-brand.</li><li>
Maintain working knowledge of the competitive landscape, keeping the team up to speed on trends, emerging platforms, and ad products to help inform pitches and client conversations.</li><li>
Educate, present, and pitch materials and new concepts regularly at internal All Hands meetings.</li><li>
Assist with the day-to-day management of a coordinator.
</li></ul>Qualifications (Required &amp; Preferred)<ul><li>
5-7 years integrated marketing experience at a media company, agency, or brand with an emphasis on custom marketing solutions for Ad Sales</li><li>
Experience working cross-functionally with creative, strategic, and technical teams.</li><li>
Demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with Airtable</li><li>
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills with a keen understanding of how to craft and evolve narratives succinctly for client pitches.</li><li>
Outstanding project management + coordination skills including organization, attention to detail, planning, multi-tasking and time management.</li><li>
Strong communicator, comfortable with presenting in front of groups and clients</li><li>
Self-starter who can work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Ability to adapt, be flexible, and solution-oriented in an environment of constant change.</li><li>
Strong internal communication, time management, and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Minimum bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related fields, such as Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field</li></ul>
The base compensation for this position is $75,000-$85,000 commensurate with experience. The Job
The Social Media Manager is responsible for overseeing the FAO Schwarz brand through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others. The Social Media Manager will stay up to date on platform trends and emerging tools to keep the FAO Schwarz brand fresh and effective across all social media outlets.

What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Develop and execute playful, trend-conscious social media strategies to drive omni-channel engagement and sales.</li><li>
Create and post visually engaging, on-brand content that resonates with kids, parents, and gift-buyers (e.g. unboxings, how-to-play videos, trend challenges).</li><li>
Monitor toy and pop culture trends (e.g. viral TikTok toys) and incorporate them into social content</li><li>
Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and VIP teams to promote product launches, in-store events, and activations.</li><li>
Partner with child-friendly influencers and content creators for product demos and collaborations.</li><li>
Manage daily community engagement, including responding to comments, questions, and tags in a fun, brand-appropriate voice, and in a timely and appropriate manner.</li><li>
Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions to evaluate content effectiveness and guide future strategies.</li><li>
Ensure all content complies with relevant advertising guidelines (e.g. COPPA, FTC).</li><li>
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with holidays, toy release schedules, business activities, and social trends.</li><li>
