</p><p><b>Key Accountabilities:
</b></p><p>Initiative Development
</p><ul><li>Lead development of 360 communication strategies, working in partnership with Retail Excellence, Events, CVM, PR, Creative, Clienteling, Media, and Omnichannel counterparts, for both regional and global key initiatives. Operating as the project owner, the Manager will be accountable for the projects&rsquo; lifecycles from initial insights and strategic brief development through toolkit/asset deployment and performance analysis.
</li><li>Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the regional teams and projects, ensuring seamless communication with global, brand cohesion, and adaptations to accommodate local nuance.
</li><li>Lead the orchestration of go-to-market marketing approaches for jewelry and lifestyle categories, managing cross-functional communications including (but not limited to) Creative, Creative Operations, Media, PR, Omnichannel, Legal, HR, and Category Merchandising, giving clear direction in planning and implementing strategic direction.
</li><li>As a subject matter expert, proactively raise marketing and communications opportunities and considerations to enrich the wider global marketing team and elevate the brand.

</p><ul><li>Monitor and optimize cross-channel performance throughout campaigns and initiatives; synthesizing and presenting final learnings and future action plans to senior management.
</li><li>Maintain a strong understanding of industry and competitive best practices to inform distinctive, breakthrough brand strategies, further driving awareness and relevance of key initiatives.

</p><ul><li>Present communications plans and comprehensive strategic briefs to senior leaders, including VPs and C-Suite leadership, with confidence and clarity.

Activation Oversight</p><ul><li>Partner with the Event Marketing Manager to plan and execute regional events, trade shows, and consumer activations.</li><li>Oversee team participation, setup, and teardown to ensure each event delivers an engaging, on-brand experience.</li><li>Manage logistics and scheduling to ensure activations are properly staffed and executed on time.</li></ul><p>Consumer &amp; Market Insights</p><ul><li>Gather consumer feedback and insights through field interactions and retailer relationships.</li><li>Assess MFUSED&rsquo;s retail displays and merchandising performance relative to competitors and share observations with HQ.</li><li>Translate field and consumer insights into actionable recommendations for brand, product, and retail improvements.</li></ul><p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p><ul><li>Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, and Channel Marketing teams to ensure local activations reflect broader campaign goals.</li><li>Partner with Sales and Operations to align in-market activity with product availability, lifecycle updates, and business priorities.</li><li>Work with Marketing Operations and Compliance to ensure all field activities meet regulatory standards.</li></ul><p>Performance Management &amp; Reporting</p><ul><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for field activations, retail performance, and consumer engagement.</li><li>Track and manage regional budgets, expenses, and inventory for marketing materials.</li><li>Provide detailed reports to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing &amp;
