POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Analytics Manager plays a key role in shaping how the organization understands and engages its audiences. This position is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy and drive visitation, donations, and program participation.

Working across digital, email, and social channels, this role partners closely with marketing and IT to analyze performance, identify audience opportunities, and improve data quality and reporting systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Position Summary

The Associate Director of Website and Brand Design reports to the Director of Strategic Communications and serves as the primary steward of Columbia College's digital presence and visual brand identity. This role is responsible for leading a comprehensive overhaul of the Columbia College website while maintaining brand consistency across all digital and print communications channels. The Associate Director will manage the Digital Content Manager and freelancers. The person in this role will collaborate with internal IT teams, external vendors and stakeholders across the College to create an exceptional website user experience that reflects Columbia College's academic distinction and serves the needs of prospective students, current students, alumni, faculty and the broader community.

Responsibilities

<ul><li>Lead the complete redesign and content reorganization of the Columbia College website, from strategic planning through implementation and launch.</li>
