Summary of Position Role/Responsibilities</b></p><p>
The IT Project Manager (Cloud &amp; Infrastructure Delivery Focus) oversees the delivery of cloud, network, and infrastructure security engineering initiatives across Quzara&rsquo;s federal and commercial environments. This role manages schedules, dependencies, risks, and reporting to support modernization efforts, coordinates technical execution among engineering teams, and ensures readiness for deployment. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills and experience with cloud and infrastructure delivery in regulated or high-availability settings, maintaining alignment with performance, availability, and continuity goals.</p><p><b>
Essential Functions of the Job</b></p><div><ul><li>
Manage cloud and infrastructure delivery projects, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, and technical objectives.</li><li>
Coordinate with Cloud Engineers, Network Security Engineers, and Infrastructure teams to support execution of engineering workstreams.</li><li>
Develop and maintain deployment schedules, tracking milestones and ensuring readiness for implementation activities.</li><li>
Track and manage dependencies, environment readiness, and change management activities across all phases of delivery.</li><li>
Identify and manage risks related to performance, system availability, and business continuity, escalating issues as needed.</li><li>
Provide delivery-focused progress reporting, including status updates, risk summaries, and milestone tracking to stakeholders.</li><li>
Support coordination of infrastructure changes, upgrades, and modernization activities across cloud and on-prem environments.</li><li>
Ensure consistent communication and alignment between technical teams, program management, and leadership.</li></ul></div><p><b>

Normal Work Schedule</b>:</p><p>
This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM&ndash;5:30 PM and requires flexibility to work remotely or on-site (if applicable per client RTO policies). On occasion additional hours may be necessary.</p><p><b>
Education, Training, and Experience</b></p><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
5&ndash;8+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on cloud, infrastructure, or engineering delivery.</li><li>
Experience managing cloud and infrastructure modernization projects, including deployment and change coordination.</li><li>
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure, and infrastructure environments.</li><li>
Experience coordinating with engineering teams across cloud, network, and security domains.</li><li>
Strong understanding of project scheduling, dependency management, and change management processes.</li><li>
Ability to manage risks related to system performance, availability, and continuity.</li><li>
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.</li><li>
Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to support federal contracting environments.</li></ul></div><p><b>

ProSphere (PST), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager with experience managing multiple Federal government projects on behalf of a Government customer. The candidate must be a proven leader and have experience managing Information Technology (IT) infrastructure-related projects (system engineering, infrastructure operations, cloud migration, etc.). The EPM must be well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies and must have experience in tracking schedule and performance progress, resource management, risk management, building business relationships, and process and integration. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with all project stakeholders. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for the day-to-day management and accountability of the projects assigned</li><li>
Supervises all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and is responsible to ensure project is meeting milestones and deliverables</li><li>
Prepare quality documentation (briefings, schedules, documents, plans, reports, etc.) in support of the assigned projects</li><li>
Responsible for creating and updating project schedules.</li><li>
Produce weekly status reports that track project deliverables/activities/milestones.</li><li>
Manage projects using formal project management tools, methodologies and standards based on standardized and industry accepted methodologies</li><li>
Manage risk through the product development life-cycle, including infrastructure, software enhancements, release deployment implementation, and sustainment.</li><li>
Participate in project status reviews, stage-gate reviews, and other government oversight meetings. Create ad-hoc reports to be used in the collection of metrics, documentation, historical, and financial information.</li><li>
Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings to include agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up.</li><li>
Maintain an online Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) library for documents required of the service provider that are available to all assigned contract personnel and Federal Managers hosted in the Microsoft SharePoint application.</li><li>
Collaborate and motivate all project team resources.</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul><li>Must possess a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline (6 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)</li><li>
5 years of project management experience (related experience leading and managing IT projects, specializing in IT infrastructure and operations, to include service delivery, IT infrastructure systems, and solution development)</li><li>
Must possess Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
</li><li>Familiar with agile project management practices</li><li>
Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal public trust/security clearance</li><li>
Ability to manage document library in Microsoft SharePoint</li><li>
Demonstrated success applying the principles and practices of project management</li><li>
Ability to identify problems that will impact project success and delegate the right resources to define, recommend and implement corrective courses of action</li><li>
Proficiency in timely and effective oral and written communication with both technical and non-technical user</li><li>
Ability to work overtime required on occasion</li><li>
