Knowledge of a project lifecycle</li><li>
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and high-level system design methodologies and techniques (entity/relationship models, data/process flow diagrams); object-oriented programming and programming client/server applications.</li><li>
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation building, meeting facilitation, public-speaking, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.</li><li>
Experience researching, understanding, and summarizing key and/or abstract ideas and when applicable, suggest recommendations from those findings.</li><li>

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Business analyst or related experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
</li><li>At least two (2) years&rsquo; experience in Business Analysis OR at least four (4) years&rsquo; experience as a DFPS employee.</li></ul><div>
