<li><b>Leads major INFOSEC initiatives</b>-balancing workload across projects and incidents, keeping leadership dutifully informed while facilitating, executing and directing efforts in GRC, SOC operations, FedRAMP activities, and promotion of varying degrees of role-based enterprise level guidance, in concert with adversarial (blue/red/purple team) exercises.</li>
<li><b>Oversees federal security compliance</b> by interpreting information security (INFOSEC) laws and FISMA regulations; managing POA&amp;Ms and vulnerability remediation; developing or assessing ATO documentation (SSPs, RAs, CPs); and evaluating controls, baselines, cybersecurity-supply chain risk management (C-SCRM) and compliance across systems to strengthen EEOC's INFOSEC posture.</li>

The Content Production Specialist is a cross-functional role responsible for creating, developing, and producing content across three core areas of the division: Online Learning, Information Technology, and Marketing and Communications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on producer and content creator who can move fluidly between building eLearning courses, writing technical documentation, and supporting communications projects — bringing consistency, quality, and efficiency to each area. This position also provides limited administrative support to the Chief Marketing and Technology Officer.

Online Learing & Course Production
<br><br>

<li>Edit and produce videos for on-demand learning, including post-production editing, captioning, and formatting for online delivery.</li>
<li>Convert recorded webinars into polished on-demand courses using tools such as Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.</li>
<li>Build and produce online course content from completed instructional design blueprints provided by subject matter experts or course designers, bringing the structure and materials to life in the appropriate authoring tool.</li>
<li>Develop on-demand learning content from materials provided by subject matter experts, including handouts, presentation decks, and notes, in accordance with established course blueprints.</li>
<li>Ensure all online learning content meets Section 508 accessibility standards, including captioning, alt text, and accessible navigation.</li>
<li>Create and manage on-demand events in the association management system (Dynamics 365), including registration setup and event configuration.</li>
</ul>
IT Knowledge Base & Content

<li>Write clear, accurate how-to guides and instructional articles for the organization's knowledge base, covering a range of internal systems and software.</li>
<li>Create and maintain content on NAAG Central, the organization's employee intranet, ensuring information is current, well-organized, and easy to navigate.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the IT team to gather technical information and translate it into accessible, user-friendly documentation for staff at all levels.</li>

Marketing & Communications Content

<li>Support the Marketing and Communications team with content production tasks, including the development of materials related to email marketing campaigns, social media, and newsletters.</li>
<li>Assist in producing branded materials such as presentation decks, letterhead templates, and other communication assets in accordance with NAAG brand standards.</li>
<li>Work within the organization's digital asset management system (Canto) to organize, upload, and retrieve assets as needed.</li>
<li>Assist in creating and maintaining content for various websites owned and operated by NAAG, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational branding and messaging standards.</li>
</ul>
Administrative Support

<li>Provide light administrative support to the Chief Marketing and Technology Officer, which may include tracking monthly expenses, assisting with timecard-related coordination, and other occasional administrative tasks as assigned.</li>

Is This You?

<li>2–4 years of experience in content creation, eLearning development, technical writing, or a closely related field.</li>
<li>Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and/or creative suite tools</li>
<li>Experience with video editing software and post-production workflows.</li>
<li>Strong writing skills with the ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, accessible content.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects across departments simultaneously and meet deadlines without close supervision</li>
<li>Experience with association management systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements as they apply to digital and online learning content.</li>
<li>Familiarity with digital asset management platforms (experience with Canto a plus).</li>
<li>Experience creating or managing intranet content or internal knowledge bases.</li>

Overview</b></p>
<p>
The scope of work for the Training Specialist shall include developing and deploying training plans that address the needs of all Division users as well as developing reports that include the number and types of training classes delivered, quantity of students attending each class, and the names of the trainers who delivered the training.</p>
<p>
The Training Specialist shall capture and report results of training evaluations, function as the Administrator, recording learning, adding and scheduling courses, and running reports, creating and maintaining a training calendar distributed to all Division users, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs in order to provide recommendations for improvement.</p>
<p>
Training for new software/hardware may also need monitoring and reporting for special projects. Training curriculums created shall be approved and accommodations for users requiring special needs addressed.</p><br>

Minimum Education and Experience:</b></p>
