The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in capital planning, business planning, financial modeling, budgeting, and decision support across the organization.</p><p></p><p><b>
Role Overview:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Serve as a trusted finance partner to clinical, operational, and administrative leaders across MSK</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>
Build advanced financial models, benchmarking analyses, and decision-support tools for capital and operating initiatives</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>
Prepare business cases, financial analyses, and presentations to support senior leadership prioritization and funding decisions</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>
Lead in‑depth financial analysis related to cost savings, reinvestment initiatives, and new programs or projects</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>
Support performance improvement initiatives by developing financial baselines, sizing opportunities, and tracking realized impact in partnership with Finance and the Transformation Management Office</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>
Produce clear, executive‑level financial and capital reporting for senior leaders and governance committees</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>
Independently provide financial modeling and analytical support for medium to large projects across the organization, incorporating data from various sources to generate actionable insights</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>
Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts while serving as a quality control resource</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Key Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>
4-5 years minimum of progressive experience in finance, financial planning, accounting, finance, revenue cycle management or general analytical related experience</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>
Healthcare or hospital finance experience strongly preferred</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>
Advanced Excel proficiency: experience with Strata and enterprise financial systems preferred</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>
Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive‑level reporting</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>
Proven ability to support capital planning, operating budgets, and complex financial initiatives</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
